We grow our salad in Sweden, indoors, all year round, completely without pesticides in a circular cultivation system. Extra crispy, very tasty, and ready to eat right away! A completely normal salad, grown the Supernormal way.

The normal way of growing vegetables requires large areas of land and lots of water. In Sweden, it is only possible to grow during a limited time of the year. This means that 70% of the fruits and vegetables we eat are imported. The spraying means that the salad has to be rinsed several times just to be eaten.

According to us, the normal way of farming is no longer enough. And you could well say this, there are completely normal things with our salad. It's like it all starts with a seed. Most other things are far from normal. We grow indoors in a circular growing system. It allows us to grow all year round, closer to you. The closed environment allows you to avoid eating a salad that has been sprayed. It doesn't even need to be rinsed before it's ready to eat. We call it cultivation the supernormal way.

Our salads are anything but normal. Grown indoors in an innovative, circular growing system, we can give lettuce just the “sun, wind & water” (light, humidity, air and temperature) it needs to feel its best. The fact that it is packaged within an hour of harvest, is also one of the reasons why it stays so fresh for so much longer in the refrigerator. Our lettuce has about 50% lower climate footprint, and uses 95% less water than imported lettuce, which makes it taste even tastier in every way.
